Privacy notice.
How data is handled when you browse this website or choose to contact Faccini.
Last updated: 2 October 2026
Review version. Before launch, Faccini must confirm controller details, email and application retention, and supplier agreements. This page is not a compliance certification.
1. Controller and contact details
The controller identified in the company materials is Faccini S.r.l., Viale Piave, 83, 24022 Alzano Lombardo (BG), Italy, tax/VAT number 03043530165. For information or to exercise your rights, email info@faccinicartongessi.it. Company details await final confirmation.
2. Data processed
The hosting service may process IP addresses, request dates and times, requested URLs, technical browser and device information, request outcomes and security logs to operate and protect the website.
When you contact us, we receive the information you choose to send: name, email, optional phone number, service, message and attachments. For applications, we receive contact details, experience and the CV you voluntarily send. Only send relevant information; avoid identity documents, sensitive data and unnecessary images of people or documents.
3. How the form works
The current form does not send data to a Faccini server. It prepares a message in your email application, which is transmitted only when you send it there. Selected photos remain in memory on your device and are not uploaded to the website; you must attach them to the email yourself. Previews are removed when you remove the photos or leave the page.
Applications also open your email application. The website has no enquiry or CV database. Received correspondence is subsequently handled through Faccini's email systems.
4. Purposes and legal bases
Website availability, operation and security: legitimate interest in operating and protecting the service, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Technical display and navigation preferences provide the functionality you request, without profiling.
Replies, information and quotations, where applicable: pre-contractual steps requested by the individual, Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Assessing applications: pre-contractual steps requested by the applicant. Legal obligations: Article 6(1)(c); protection of legal rights: Article 6(1)(f). The controller must confirm the legal bases for its processes.
The website code has no active newsletters, personalised advertising or behavioural analytics. Enquiries are not subject to automated decision-making or profiling.
5. Providing information
You can browse without submitting enquiries or applications. Fields marked * help prepare a complete enquiry; phone numbers and photos are optional. Without the necessary contact details, Faccini may be unable to reply. Marketing consent is not required to contact us.
6. Recipients and international transfers
The website is hosted on Vercel. Authorised personnel and technical suppliers working for the controller may access the data needed for their tasks. Correspondence is handled by Faccini's email provider, which still needs to be identified in the final notice. The form does not publish your data.
Vercel has a global infrastructure and processing may occur outside the European Economic Area. Before launch, the controller must verify roles, processing agreements, suppliers and applicable transfer safeguards, including standard contractual clauses where necessary. This notice does not claim exclusively European data processing.
Fonts are served by the website using next/font; the browser does not load Google Fonts. Stock images are retrieved server-side through the Next.js image optimiser; social widgets and external map embeds are not used.
7. Retention
The website does not save completed fields or attachments in a database. Device preferences have the lifetimes listed in the cookie policy. Technical log retention depends on hosting settings and contracts, which must be checked before launch.
The controller must define and approve specific periods or criteria for emails, enquiries and CVs: handling and closing an enquiry, the recruitment period, possible retention for future opportunities, legal obligations and protection of rights. These periods are not yet documented; no arbitrary retention period is attributed to Faccini.
8. Your rights
Where provided by the GDPR, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction and portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may withdraw any consent without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. Use the controller's contact details above to submit a request.
You may complain to the Italian data protection authority, www.garanteprivacy.it, or the competent supervisory authority. The controller may request only the information needed to verify your identity and handle the request.
9. Updates
This notice describes the current technical configuration. Direct form submission, analytics, embedded services or new suppliers require a fresh review and an updated notice before activation.
